Contract-offer
General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer from ingriafarm.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," and contains all the essential terms of the agreement for the provision of information and consulting services (in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
1.2. The person who accepts this public offer acquires all the rights and obligations of the Client stipulated by this agreement.
1.3. Acceptance of this public offer is deemed to be the Client's full or partial payment for the information and consulting services in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This agreement is considered concluded between the Client and the Contractor upon receipt of payment for the services rendered in the Contractor's bank account.
1.4. By accepting this Offer and, accordingly, entering into this Agreement, the Customer has familiarized themselves to the extent necessary with the terms of this Agreement and the rules of the payment system (hereinafter referred to as the System), the specifics of the System and the website where the training materials are posted, and acknowledges the unconditional suitability of the System and the website for performing the actions and achieving the goals that are the subject of this Agreement.
1.5. By accepting this Offer, the Customer confirms that the Contractor's provision of services under this Agreement remotely using software (hereinafter referred to as the Software) fully complies with the Customer's ability to use the services provided in this manner.

1.7. In this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly stated, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings specified below:
1.7.1. Agreement – this document, published online, sent for review by email, or made available for review by any other means.
1.7.2. Client – the recipient of services under this Agreement.
1.7.3. Service – video recordings of practical trainings and master classes, organized informational and consulting sessions with feedback, provided for a fee (and/or provision of recordings thereof), aimed at imparting to the Client knowledge and skills in creating wedding and evening hairstyles using proprietary methods and techniques.
1.7.4. Software – a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, and similar) for accessing information resources located on the Internet, and other programs for transmitting, storing, and processing the provided information. The Client undertakes to independently ensure the availability of the software on their personal computer.
1.7.5. Feedback is an information and consulting service in the form of a live broadcast on Instagram and online webinar-style Q&A on a specific topic.
1.7.7. Website - a collection of information, text, graphic elements, designs, images, photos, videos, and other intellectual property, as well as computer programs, contained in an information system that makes such information available online at the address ingriafarm.com.
2. Subject of the Offer Agreement
2.1. The subject of this offer is the provision to the Client of paid information and consulting services in the field of acquiring skills in creating wedding and evening hairstyles as part of the "Wedding Hairstyles" program.
2.2. Services are provided by the Contractor by posting training materials and assignments for the Client in a restricted section of the Website. These assignments are aimed at imparting knowledge and skills in time optimization and task delegation, according to the schedule established by the Contractor. These assignments also include written and oral responses to the Client's questions, as well as other informational support for the Client during the training program.
The services under this Agreement are limited to providing the Client with information and developing the skills for its independent use.
2.3. Services under this Agreement are provided by the Contractor remotely via the Internet, using software.
3. Service Delivery Time and Rescheduling Procedure
3.1. The timeframe for rendering services under this Agreement is 15 minutes after purchase on the Website.
3.4. The Client is given 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment they gain access to the relevant video lesson to complete their homework, unless other timeframes are established for a specific lesson. After the deadline specified in this clause, homework reports will not be accepted or reviewed by the Contractor.
The Contractor will review the homework within three (3) business days of receiving the Client's report. The Contractor will express the review result in writing during the relevant lesson or verbally during the next Feedback Session.
The Client will have seven (7) calendar days to make changes based on the Contractor's comments.
