- Product warranty is 60 minutes. (If 24 hours have passed, please do not request a replacement.)
- Do not check purchased public accounts with a checker or public proxies, otherwise they will be blocked!
- Accepted products are non-refundable; only accounts can be replaced.
- Purchase only the quantity you can use in the near future.
- Only purchase accounts if you know how to use them!
- If you are blocked while farming, this is not grounds for a replacement!
- Your 100% replacement guarantee is a video recording.
- Purchased products/services are non-refundable. Make an informed purchase decision.
- Support will respond within 24 hours.
- If the included email is blocked, this is not grounds for replacing your Facebook account.
- If you linked a card in billing and were blocked, this is not grounds for replacing your account.
- If an account is banned from advertising, this is not grounds for replacing it (except for accounts that have already been banned from advertising).
- If your account is blocked after creating a fan page or business manager, this is not grounds for replacing it. (This is often a trigger for accounts on new hardware.)
- Account farming means any activity on the account, even the absence of any activity after a successful login.
- If you can't create a business manager on a Facebook account, this is not grounds for replacing the account.
- If you linked a business manager to your account and for some reason Facebook doesn't allow you to fully use the business manager (linking advertising accounts, etc., please contact Facebook technical support) - this is not grounds for replacing the account.
- If you purchased an account with a token, uploaded it to the auto-upload system, and discovered that it doesn't have an advertising account, this isn't grounds for replacing the account. (This can be easily fixed by logging into ADS. This is very rare, but unfortunately, such a bug does happen.)
